MY APPROACH TO NUTRITION
I don't believe in lots of labels for diets as each person is different. My leaning is towards good quality whole foods, low preservatives and colourants, anti-inflammatory and full of nutrient dense options.
Low Carb HEALTHY fat, Paleo, AIP and healthy Keto are my preferred starting platforms to tweak and tailor up the majority of the plans and protocols I devise.
I do feel that our carb heavy, grain dominant lifestyles have not given us optimal health. I also support vegetarian options and versions thereof, based on clients personal preferences.

After a detailed Functional Nutritional Online assessment, including 3 day diet diary, a follow up session (which may include a telecom, video conferencing or possibly face-face) you will be set up with your own personalised health protocol, eating guidelines and a detailed dietary analysis showing deficiencies and areas for improvement.
This plan is tailored specifically to your needs and objectives.
There is no cookie-cutter cut-and-paste diet, or one-size-fits-all approach here!

A DETAILED HEALTH PROTOCOL detailing all the relevant points, actions and recommendations plus a guideline of the macronutrients (and necessary micronutrients) needed.

Suggested RECIPES on the Meal Plan, or those that I feel would be particularly relevant based on your current heath objectives.

UNLIMITED SUPPORT for ONE MONTH to help you successfully adopt these agreed changes. Or, take a longer plan for 3 MONTHS where we revisit your protocol each month and make changes based on how your health is progressing.
