Wellness & Nutrition Coaching: Where you get 1-1 support to help you make long term wellness changes, to improve your health and wellness.
HOW DOES YOUR COACHING WORK?
After an initial online assessment that includes a getting to know you telecom, video conferencing or possibly face-face session, you will be set up with your own personalised health plan in around 24-48hrs. Each plan will start on a Sunday. This plan is tailored specifically to your needs and objectives.
There is no cookie-cutter cut-and-paste diet, or one-size-fits-all approach here!
There are 1 MONTH & 3 MONTHS plans available.
WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?
For each week of your coaching programme you will get:
A Weekly Meal Plan
Shopping List for the Week
All the Recipes on your Weekly Meal Plan
Once a week, there will be a quick Personal Check-In (via WhatsApp, messenger, phone call) to chat through any big wins, challenges and questions you may have. This helps me prepare the next weeks plans taking into account anything you are struggling with.
HOW DO I KEEP YOU UPDATED?
You will also be able to, if you wish:
Track your Food and Water Intake, through adding the meals or uploading pics of your meals (we all love taking food pics!)
Track your Mood, which often can help break emotional eating dependencies
Track your Activity Levels
Track your Body Metrics (I recommend only doing this once a week)
I review all your entries (during reasonable working hours) and provide comment and support during this process.
HOW DO I KEEP MOTIVATED?
Information is only part of the journey. My role as your Nutrition Coach is to help support you and overcome the hurdles along the way. You will also get access to my bespoke MOTIVATION and SUPPORT programme that has interesting facts, tasks, videos and surveys to help you stay focused on your objectives and goals, plus help you affect long-term behaviour change.
My goal is not simply to help you for the time you commit to being coached with me; but to help you through this programme to educate you, so you can choose sustainable nutritional choices for yourself long after this coaching partnership has ended.
HOW DO YOU DO THIS?
All coaching is done through a SSL/ HIPAA Coaching platform, which is electronic (being kind to the environment), all your information over the coaching period is stored in one place (no hunting for emails, WhatsApp messages on FB Messenger chats). PLUS, this is USA approved, giving you confidence your information is secure and protected. This platform is available as a free service to all clients through your smartphone or tablet, is IOS and Android compatible, and also available through a weblink.
Payments are done securely through PAYFORT, an Amazon Company.

I have got a M.Sc and B.Sc (Hons) qualification in Nutritional Science and Personalised Nutrition from Middlesex University in London, UK. You benefit from this Intergrated Functional Medicine approach to Nutrition. I was also a chef (think yummy tasty healthy food) and have a Food Science degree, so I understand the food safety aspect, food manufacturing and how to really read those labels of additives and why they are included; or to be avoided.
I only provide bespoke, tailored plans for all my clients.
I only take on a small number of clients at any time, so that I can ensure I keep the personalised coaching side of the program timeous and relevant. The coaching and support is essential to YOUR success.
