There is no one diet or way of eating that is correct for everyone, but DNA Diet will identify the best way for you. DNA Diet tests several gene variations that impact metabolism, absorption and storage of fats and carbohydrates, as well as eating behaviour to understand how an individual’s genetic profile will impact their response our most effective healthy eating plans: It is common to recommend either a Low fat, Mediterranean, or Low Carbohydrate; but careful evaluation may place you in something more niche, such as Keto or Paleo. Sustainability and client adherence are also critical aspects to consider and build into the execution and practical application of there results. 

All tests include a 45min post test consultation to help you select and implement key genomic results.
